Stand Alone 2 Plus

Stand Alone®2 Plus is the follow-up model to the well-known Stand Alone® 2 series.

It has a modern and user-friendly design thus facilitating cleaning and maintenance. The basic version of Stand Alone® 2 Plus which is aimed at calf rearing has a good price/performance ratio. It meets all the demands the market makes on innovative feeding technology and sets a high standard in this field.

The standard equipment of the Stand Alone® 2 Plus includes all fully tried and tested functions as well as additional performance features:

Three feeder models are available:
automatic feeder Powder - solely for milk powder, automatic feeder Combi - for milk powder and fresh milk automatic feeder Fresh milk - solely for fresh milk
Automatic feeder Powder
When an entitled calf enters the feeding station and is identified, the water contained in the boiler is heated to 42° C before being dispensed into the mixer jar in 0.5 liter portions. At the same time, the corresponding milk powder quantity is measured out of the powder hopper. Water and milk powder are then mixed intensively in the mixer jar until a uniform consistency has been achieved. After the calf has drunk its portion via the teat and the suction hoses, the electrode in the mixer jar will signal that now the next portion can be prepared.
Automatic feeder Combi
Fresh milk is heated by a special heat exchanger. After the optimum temperature has been achieved, the milk is dispensed into the mixer jar. The milk can also be diluted with water or mixed with milk powder. The mixture milk/milk powder is based on the milk ratio which has previously been determined. As soon as the milk tank is empty, the automatic feeder automatically commutes to the milk powder mode. The milk is stored in a separate tank with stirring device where it is cooled or acidulated.
Automatic feeder Fresh Milk
This automatic feeder is not equipped with a powder hopper but it can be retrofitted at any time. The functional principle is the following: the milk stored in the tank is carefully heated by the heat exchanger before being fed to the calf. The diagrammatic view is similar to the one of the Combi-feeder.
